Hello from Iowa!

Hi all. I have started to lurk here more and more as I come up with more questions or research on my camper.

My wife and I just graduated from tent camping to a pop-up and loving the difference! We picked up our camper at the end of March and have camped in the area three times so far. Keeping it close to home and as we get better at remembering stuff we go further out.

We're filling up up calender pretty quick. We'll be in Turkey Run (IN.) in May, MN. on Labor day weekend for the Renaissance Festival and MO. in Sept. not to mention all the in between trips around IA. (plenty to go and see!!)

I am glad to see so many cordial people willing to share their knowledge or just a "seat around the campfire"

Welcome!

I tent camped most of my life and used a pop-up for 1 year before the big change to a fifth wheel. Our real problem was that we carried too much stuff and the pop-up was a bad game of Jenga every trip.

Welcome to the Forum!! As Turbs said, the Goshen rally will be a chance to be with all FR owners who know the ins and outs of your camper. What better way to pick up on the neat little tricks we have picked up along the way. What has taken us years to learn, you can get in a week!

Welcome to the forum. Hope you enjoy getting up off the ground and all the other amenities your new pup has to offer. There are times I miss that wide open feeling of our pup. Here's a link to another forum that might interest you: PopUp Explorer
