Talking Hello from Kentucky

Hi! Longtime tent campers here, now enjoying our brand new "fold down" camper by Rockwood!
We are lucky to have a huge site so we can enjoy all our outdoor living space, as our camper is quite compact but very comfy. Ours is the first A-style frame camper in the area, so we are getting alot of attention!

I am primarily the reason my husband is a camper/boater, I'm addicted, he's the tag-along!! He grumbles a little until we get there, about a 2 hour drive to our little piece of heaven, and then he's just fine.....

Have a great summer everyone!!

We have been through Kentucky a few times and I always think how much I want to travel the back roads and enjoy the scenery. I love the barns with the tobacco drying. Maybe someday we will get to do just that.

Our first camper was an Aliner, so I know about the attention an A frame receives! We really like it, but I finally decided I wanted to sleep with my legs straight. We got a Grey Wolf and are loving it. We have been camping in KY and it is a BEAUTIFUL state! We also love the backroads, but the one with the "Road Ends at River" sign was an eye opener...

Welcome! We run down to the southern Corbin/Cumberland Gap area almost every other weekend in the summer.
Great place to camp, explore and boat!

Enjoy!

Welcome to the forum. Haven't been to Lake Cumberland, but have been in that area several times. Beautiful country!

Enjoy that new camper.
