congrats, that is a great looking trailer. I just use plastic wheel chocks with Bal X-chocks in between the tires.

Welcome and congrats! Only about an hour east of you. Also bought our 26rr from Tom at Suburban. We just picked ours up last Monday and already been changing some things around. What kind of toys you plan on hauling? Lots of good information on here for sure.

I bought from Tom last year great guy. There are lots of threads on here on your 26rr. A few under toyhauler/ Cherokee thread. A lot of mods that have been done are under pimp my 26rr. Plus other places. Just put 26 rr in the search bar and it will pop up most of the threads. Have fun with your trailer I live mine.

The x chocks reduce the movement of trailer a bit.

Hello from lexington ohio new owners of 26RR

Exciting times. Have fun. Taking mine out next weekend. Wasn't tom great to deal with. He took his time with us and did not make us feel rushed. Awesome people.

Yes tom was great to work with great people for sure.

Ok we towed ours friday the day after we bought it 1hr north on 71 using our new F150 4x4 with V8 super crew and max tow and here are the results

Going north on 71 we had some tail winds and managed to run about 60 to 65mph with average mpg of 11mpg trailer was loaded with all our supplies for the expo show we were doing which was not much weight at all really.

On the way home it seemed more uphill and going into the heavy winds gust up to 20mph we only averaged about 9.5 to 10.2mpg running at about same speeds.

We loved the toy hauler and had a great weekend staying in it at the fairgrounds in Berea ohio even during the snow and cold saturday night

I do have a question on the new F150's what is everyone seeing as far as Tranny Temp's when towing. my normal operating temp around town seems to be about 195 to 199, during towing i was running around 204 and when going up steep hill around 210.

I was using the tow haul mode along with the Manual shift option on long inclines to maintain speed and torque.
