No not Bayou Outdoor. Talking to Fun town in Texas. Not sure that deal is going to work out yet either. I am planning on riding over there tomorrow to look at the deal face to face.

Well we made the trip over to look at the trailer and my better half liked it so we did the deal. I will be going back over on Thursday to pick it up and drop off my trade in.

Congratulations bbrider!

wishing you many camping trips and lots of memories created with that new baby!

Just remember, we have one tiny lil rule here....

PICS or it didn't happen!

We LOVE pics here....as soon as ya can, post a picture of your rig (truck/tow vehicle with the trailer hitched up to it!)

Do a search on the forum, there's a GREAT "PDI check list" for use during your walk through before you pick it up.

Oh so you need a laugh do you. That little TT is going to look very funny behind my F250 Crew Cab Super Duty with it's 8' long bed.....LOL. I guess it will look alright when the Harley is in the back of the truck and going camping with us. This is what it looked like before

Hey, ain't no "size discrimination" here! Actually you'll be ahead of the game, as the "weight police" won't be after ya!

FTR, Forest River makes everything from the tiny lil RPods (love those things) up to the big boy motor homes, and we have members here for every shape and size.

And *I* will give ya extra points for the F250 FORD!

(see my signature line)

AND you'll get extra points from some of the guys for that Harley!

The only problem with my setup is my wife will have to drive our Jeep and follow me when we go west.

The good side of that is she won't be able to tell me how to drive without calling me on the phone......LOL and I don't have to answer that....... I didn't hear ring honey....I promise, my batteries in my hearing aids must be bad

whut? she doesn't trust your driving so she won't ride in the truck with ya?

OR, you won't let her ride with ya?

The old "didn't hear the phone ring" trick doesn't stop her from layin' on the horn repeatedly! while flashing her headlights, of course.

BTW, I drive a Jeep too. <3 my Wrangler!

She trust my driving except when I drive her car. She says I strain her motor....LOL. I also follow to close and I don't brake early enough. Go figure, and I drive cars for a dealership part time too!

Well bbrider, she's not alone in that "straining the motor" sentiment. Sneak (DH) absolutely LOVES to get in my Wrangler and "rough 'er up" as I call it. My lil Jeep is NOT accustomed to being sported around. He says it needs it now and then to "blow it out".

See, that is exactly the same thing I tell her and she doesn't go for it either!

On another note. We went over and made the deal on the Wildwood. I have to bring my pup over to them and pick up my Wildwood Thursday. I pulled the tarp off of my pup yesterday to open it up and clean out my stuff. Found that a limb from one of my trees fell on it last week and put a 2" crack in the plastic roof! I put tape over the crack to keep it dry and called the dealer since I told him showroom condition. He said to turn in to my insurance and give them the check. I said I had a $250 deductible and he said not to worry about that. They would be fine with what ever was left.

I have been sweating that since yesterday! If I was keeping it I would just caulk it up and call it good since it is not that big. $10 tube of caulk.

Sounds like you got a dealer willing to work with ya. That's always a plus.

FWIW, we well understand the excitement level on a scale of 1-10 being somewhere around 50+ right now.

Contratulations!
