Hello from Manitoba
Happy Easter :-)
I am a first-time owner of an RV and am currently setting up my rig so it's ready to roll when the weather warms up. While searching for an answer as to where the plug in for the mattress warmer was (the mystery is still unsolved), I came across this forum.
I'm looking forward to meeting others in the forum and learning as I go. I know the advice from veterans (RV'ers) is always invaluable to us greenhorns :-)

The plug on for my mattress warmer was at the top,of my mattress in the middle. What model RV do you have?

Welcome from just east of Toronto.
I don't think the Rockwood 2703SS has a heated mattress, at least not from the Rockwood factory. Their hybrid Roo models do have heated mattresses but not their travel trailers. My Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite has a Serta mattress that needs a memory foam topper to be comfortable but it's not heated.

The mattress I have is a Serta as well... I'm thinking that the previous owner might have just forgotten their controller for an under-mattress radiant heat pad
