Welcome to the forum from Missouri. Enjoy your new 2017 cruise lite 261bhxl. Some of the best times to camp are in the Fall and Spring.

Welcome from AZ

Welcome.
I just picked up a 2017 Salem 261BHXL too. Taking it out for the first time in a couple weeks. Already installed battery selector switch, two extra batteries wired to the switch (portable), two 12 volt power receptacles (one on each side of the bed) and a 12 volt 28" LCD. Going to install a 1000 watt power inverter and at least one additional power port soon.
What is your tow vehicle?

Welcome From A Fello Michigander

Welcome to the forum from a fellow Michigander. I to share your feelings about summer slipping away, but fall is also a beautiful time for camping in Michigan. Along with the gorgeous color changes and crisp cool air, is the advantage of less crowded campgrounds where you can relax in relative solitude while you sit back and soak in the fall beauty. So enjoy my friend.......summer will return........just not soon enough!
