Lots of good families memories will be made while camping in your RV. Take it one step at a time and you will be a pro in no time. With getting used to new sytems and remembering what task is done when I would recommend trying to keep camping life a bit on the simple side for now.
Checklists are really helpful. There are several on this forum but many of us will edit it to fit our needs. You may try doing some driveway camping before hitting the road even if it's just setting up camp and break camp.
