Hello from Nebraska
My wife and I purchased a 2007 Cherokee 28L this week. It is our first venture into the world of camping/travel trailers. I am just now learning how very little I know about the whole scene.
Load distribution hitch? Class IV receiver hitch? BRAKE CONTROLLERS? Lordy, I thought all I had to do was back up, hitch it on and go.
Anyway, we got a nice looking set up, even if I can't move the durned thing yet.
Hope you folks don't mind me picking the minds of the masters. Glad there is a search function. I may wear that out before too long.
Oh yeah, we are in O'Neill. North East/Central Nebraska.

Hi Tomhusker,
Another newbie here,also from Nebraska!
Just been lurking here and learning a ton from the smart and helpful people on the forum.
I see you are in O'Neill!
My Husband and I have our 5th wheel at The Outback RV park in Pickstown SD.
Some of our neighbors there are also from O'Neill. We are both retired and enjoy Walleye fishing at Fort Randall Dam!

Once I get my boat restore finished I plan on spending lots of time up there chasing walleye. We'll have to meet up and you folks can show me how the experts do it.

Welcome, lots of good info here and don't be afraid to ask. Where are you planning on camping? We are from Norfolk, might see you around!

Not sure really. Probably down around Seward, as Our grand daughters live there. We will also be Boondocking at some rivers when I go cat fishing.
