Welcome from SW Idaho.

Forest River Forums - Downloads - PDI Checklist

Print out copies before you go, take two, each of you fill it out recheck with each other.

Ask tons of questions, make double sure you know how EVERYTHING works.

Water bypass valve, know where it is.
Sofa/bed, fold it out so you know how, inspect it for problem while out.
Know what every switch does, take notes.
Then if you have questions still please do post them.

Congats. I live in Canterbury, NH. Hopefully as snowy as it has been the snow will be melted by the end of April. My camper is still sitting in two feet of snow. Enjoy it when you get it.

Welcome! I lived in Portsmouth for a short time, visited Lake Winnipesaukee. What a wonderful way to see the rock bound coast of ME., Cape Cod etc., etc.

My favorite is Ramblewoods in Pittsburg. Can't beat the view.

We normally go to the State Parks or National Forest campgrounds.
I like the Hancock CG on the Kangcamagus near Lincoln. Zealand and the 2 Sugarloaf's near Twin Mtn. We've stayed at Dolly Copp on rte. 16 near Mt Washington. To be fair this is our first TT and all of our camping has been tent or in the back of our old Landcruiser. So we prefer rustic camping.
Welcome to the forum! I grew up in Hollis but haven't been over that way in years.

Thanks again for the welcomes and suggestions on the campgrounds. We have been camping in our Jayco TT, but have sold it to our daughter, and are moving on to a fifth wheel now. We have four grown children and 5 grandchildren and have loved camping four the past 5 years at Flat Rock Bridge Family Campground in Lebanon, ME. There is so much to do there, for all ages, including tubing around the perimeter of the campground down the Salmon Falls River.
We've also enjoyed camping at Wild Acres in Old Orchard Beach, ME. You can walk to the beach through the gate at the rear of the campground.
These are nice , but we want to explore other campgrounds as well.
Thanks again, Dave
