There's lot of different sites for various RV park reviews. Personally I prefer to use Good Sam (
RV Camping and RV Parks – RV Campground Search at Good Sam RV Club) as I like it's map and filter options, but RV Park Reviews (
Reviews of RV Parks and Campgrounds - RV Park Reviews) also has some good information.
When you're just starting out I suggest you stick close to home for those first couple of trips, work out any bugs in the trailer, as well as any bugs in your procedures, the tolerance level of the family to camping, etc...
Once you're all comfortable camping and you've got your processes down pat, then start planning those longer road trips.
