Hello from Ohio

My wife of 32 years and I have tent camped our whole marriage. We just purchased our first travel trailer and pick it up this Saturday. A Forest River Wolf Pup 16FB. We can't wait to try it out. My father-in-law lives in South Carolina so we are looking forward to some Smokey Mountain stays on our way down to visit. We've spent our whole marriage being a close family with 3 grown children and 7 grand-kids. All of them campers as well. I look forward to learning all about this travel trailer stuff here on the forum and meeting new people

from NE Fla. Nice rig, know you will enjoy it. It may be your first TT, but if I were a gambling man I would bet it won't be your last. You have just caught a sickness that there is no cure for. , enjoy & be safe.

aceinspp - Thanks, we will take many notes. We're very excited and can't wait to go through the whole thing.
Papa GLS - The weird thing is that we always said we would never go to a camper. We always loved tent camping. But the older we get the less we want to move gear from the shed to the truck, set up tents, wait for them to dry to put away, etc. I still love backpacking, but that is less gear. We stayed small to force us to still want to be outdoors and not sit inside too much. But it will be nice to just hook up and go, have a little hotel room where ever we go and spend less time setting up and more time enjoying where we are. I do see that a majority of campers are going bigger and I imagine that we will progress that way too

Small or big, just enjoy. That's what it's all about.

Hi Marty29 - welcome to the forum. I work in Marietta. We just went bigger - from a 14ft to an 18ft. Seems huge to us
