Hello from Ohio with a 98' Georgetown 320!

I just purchased a 1998 Forest River Georgetown 320 33ft for my family and I to go camping in. It is starting to get cold quick here in Ohio, but we plan on using it this weekend as its suppose to be in the upper 40's and lower 50's. I am very mechanically incline, but do not know much about these motorhomes. I plan on doing alot of reading to figure out how to winterize it as well as take care of it...but any advice or help would be great! Thanks in advance.

Welcome form NW Washington. We have an '02 GT325 with the Ford V-10. Do you have the V-10 or the 460?

We're reasonably satisfied with ours. We got it from the original purchasers at 8 years old, with 12,000 miles on the odometer and 48 hours on the generator time clock.

My Georgetown actually has a Chevrolet drivetrane. It is a fuel injected Vortec 454 V8. I think it has the 4L80E Transmission too.

I do have a question though, the front suspension on my RV has air shocks. Both air shocks need replaced, where is a good place to buy a set of air shocks and what kind should I go with?
