Hello from Orange Park Florida

Purchased our first travel trailer just over a month ago and we have really been enjoying it. 2 short trips so far with more in the near future.

An Avenger ATI 17QB purchased from our neighborhood dealer being pulled by a 2011 Tacoma 4X4 extended cab.

It's about all the trailer I'd want to pull with this truck.

Glad my wife found this site and looking forward to learning about and getting the most out of our lil' pull-a-long.

Regards,
tanner

Welcome!

So, you have my curiosity- what kind of canoe is that? Is that wood, kevlar, plastic?

Thanks,
It's Kevlar. A Wenonah Spirit II.
She's a real sweetheart with the wife and dog forward, not so much when solo.

Thank you, sorry about your weather. If it's any consolation, it seems to rain every day that I have off. At least I don't shovel it yet.

I could head south but all the good campgrounds are pretty much booked up down here anyway.

Thank all,
Spending a great deal of time learning to navigate the site. Looks like a bunch of good knowledge and entertainment to absorb.

Rv camping is all new to me. We primarily bought our TT to extend our outdoor adventures and to give me a little more time in pursuit of new paddling destinations. Besides, our bones are getting a bit too old to enjoy tent camping in all but the most ideal conditions.
I still love kayak and canoe camping though and hope to use the TT as a base camp on occasion.
