Hello From Oregon

We just bought a new FR3 30 DS last week. Haven't taken it out yet, maybe next week we will go to the coast.

My wife and I are Bluegrass musicians, she plays bass, guitar and fiddle and I play mandolin and guitar. Both are retired

I have really enjoyed this forum, lots of info and helped me make up my mind to buy my first Forrest River rig.

Sounds like the two of you picked a great trailer, with many good times ahead! We are retired, too, and just returned from several weeks in Tennessee, where I finally got bitten by the Bluegrass bug.

We spent a number of hours in Gatlinburg over the course of several days, and Ole Smoky Moonshine had free entertainment in the afternoons and evenings. We sat in rockers, ate the free kettle corn provided, and I hit the moonshine sample room a time or two . . . or was it four or five!

Perfect weather, wonderful music, and fantastic time. The last Bluegrass group we watched perform was The Monroeville's, if I correctly recall their name. Man, were they ever good! Your brand of music certainly has stuck with us!
