Hello from outside St L.

Just purchased a 2016 Coachmen Chaparral 390QSMB 5er. This is our 4th camper. Kept our last one for 13 years. A beloved CrossRoads Cruiser bunk house 5er. This is our first FR product though. I've been looking at the midbunk models since seeing a Sandpiper at the RV show last year. This Chaparral checked nearly all the boxes and the price I got at a dealer about 2 hours away sealed the deal.

The St Louis RV show was this weekend, so I went down to check out anything I may have missed in the last 2 months of looking. Everything I saw confirmed the Chaparral is the right RV for us. It's freezing here right now, but the new trailer stayed in the driveway for a couple of days until the storage lot made some more room for us. This trailer is 12ft longer than my old one. We couldn't resist firing up the furnace and fireplace and going out to just sit and watch TV.

I'm active on a number of other forums, some RV related, some not. I look forward to keeping up with what's going on in the FR Owners world.

Congratulations on your new camper. We've had two Chaparrals and both of them were good to us.
