hello from pa

I need to find where I can buy the cords for our heated mattress. We just bought a repoed camper and the cords are missing. Any ideas?

First, Welcome! I am in PA too, southeastern just north of Philadelphia.

Second, using the search function at the top of the page is a great resource. You'll find many answers to your questions as well as stumble upon lots of great tips and advice.

Third,... it is helpful to post your model of camper and year for others to chime in with the information.

Here is a possible solution to your question that was discussed recently.

Also, welcome to the forum. I am also from PA, just south of the Pocono's.

There is really alot of advice on this forum. I purchased my camper a few months ago and the previous owner didn't know much about camping or normal maintenance on the camper itself.

I did contact Forest River and gave them my VIN# and they were able to email me a build sheet. This build sheet lists all the OEM's, model, and SN of each part that was installed on the camper at the factory. You would then have to lookup individual contact information for each Vendor if you had to look at something but, it was a good way to get some information.

In your case, you are sort of in the same position not knowing the history of the camper. In my particular instance, my awning was missing and I didn't know the size of the awning when built. I was able to contact Dometic and they gave me the size based on the SN originally installed.

Good luck and welcome to the forum, it's a great place.

Maybe we need to get together for a warm spiced red wine some night.
Also from Lower Bucks County, PA.

first, welcome to FRF and the "Roo Kroo"!!!
second, which Roo do you have? there were about 12 different models back then.
third, check the mattress's tag for the manufacturer. i believe it's a company called Flair. you could contact them for the cords. my '07 Roo 23SS had a insert from them, in the owner's manual stuff.

a quick search here, brought up another similar thread:

here's the website for Flair Interiors:
