Talking Hello from Pennsylvania

Long time camper first time RV-er. As a matter fact we picked up our new to us camper from the dealer last night.

We thought that we would introduce ourselves and see what kind of handy insights everyone can offer.

Here is some info about us:
We are a family of 4 (Mom, Dad, 5 yr old little man, and a 2 year old little lady)
Camper: Flagstaff HW27SC
We love to meet new people and the kids love to meet new friends and have a lot of energy for fun activities.
We hope to be able to use our camper at least 6 times during the year, 2 times in each camping season.

Have many hopes for new experiences, a lot of family fun, and great times with new friends!!!

Welcome from Madison, AL. Congratulations on the new camper. Don't set a number on your outing or I should say camping trips, sometimes we just go 20 miles down the road, it's about getting away from the every day stuff and relax. Happy Camping and

Welcome! I grew up in Hellam (York), PA. We often go to Millersville and Hershey to camp at the Thousand Trails parks there.

Welcome mjjolly1972, we are also from the Reading area. Where are planning to camp this year? Lake in Wood is a great local campground.

Welcome from Happy Valley, PA. We lived just north of you in Orwigsburg for 5 years. Loved that part of the state... Land of great family owned restaurants.
There's a few threads on here that talk about the three main campgrounds for Knoebels... Knoebels on-site, J&D's (just down the road) and Lake Glory (Knoebels owned and fairly new but a few miles away).
If you're looking at Hershey Park, there are a few of us on here with suggestion as well.

Good luck with your new unit.
