Hello from South Florida!

Hi, Forest River RV community!

We belong to another RV forum. Over the last couple of years, we have received invaluable information as it relates to our 35' fifth wheel, a Sunnybrook Raven 3300CK, by Winnebago. Now we are changing things up.....
We want to trade in our fifth wheel for a new Class C, diesel motorhome.
We have three in mind....the Navion 24, the View 24 (both Winnebago) and the Forest River Forester 2401R.
We have only shopped online thus far and are hoping that someone here can offer feedback on the Forester until we get the chance to shop in person. Anyone here own one?? Is 2015 the first year Forest River is manufacturing this motorhome??? We love the floorplan (all three are similar), and we think it will work well for the two of us. I can see one small thing that isn't the greatest in the Forester..... the placement of the TV. Seems it my be hard to view from the chairs...??
Any comments will be much appreciated!! Thanks so much!

Welcome to the FRF! I'm not too familiar with the Forester but you should be able to find more information on it in the forum relating to it. Here's a link.

Good luck!

Welcome to the forum and good luck with your decision between your 3 choices.

Go to the Motorhome section. There is a Forester section there. Probably good info there.

Yes, TMHYER, I guess the diesel is the Forester MBS on a Sprinter chassis?
Just learning....thank you!
And, CAT-RN, I did find the Forester section. Thank you!

Well, good Lord willing, we'll be picking up our new motorhome Friday from Alliance Coach in Wildwood, FL. We decided on the Forester MBS 2401R. First time owning a motorhome! We are spending the night at the dealership "campground" to make sure we are prepared to take off on our own. Oh, boy - can't wait! ;D
