Smile Hello from Southern Arizona!

We're in Tucson, AZ, and camp mainly in the southeastern part of the state, though we get to western New Mexico now and again, and up to Flagstaff and into Colorado once a year. We generally camp for 4-5 days at a time, but some trips are a little longer.

We've had our Rockwood HW276 since June of 2013, when we traded in our Jayco. We love the Rockwood once it's set up, but we're slow and it takes us a couple of hours to get everything in place. Now that we've got several Celtic festivals on our schedule, and have to drive a couple of days to get to one of them, we're looking at a Roo/Shamrock hybrid, probably the 23SS.

We had a Jayco pop-up for eight years, so we're not new to this - but we are tired of hauling out the beds, and weary of having to crank her up and extend the beds and dinette to be able to get into it at all. We're looking forward to being able to use the hybrid one night at a time, something we don't do with the Rockwood.

We are wondering if anyone knows this model and can tell us whether you can get from the door to the back without sliding out the dinette. (Having to squidge sideways is okay.) We have seen some good tips on the Forum, and have made notes for our file.

Welcome from Wisconsin. Don't know if you can squeeze thru but the 23SS is a very popular unit.
