Hello from the balmy South

I am a new Forest River owner. I purchased a 2012 Cardinal 3450RL in January. I fell in love with the camper on first sight, but am discouraged with all of the issues that I have had with it in the first six months. I have yet to take it out because of these issues. I hope most of you haven't had near the problems that I have. I look forward to taking my bird out on its' first outing eventually.

Hi and welcome to the forums! I read your your other post and was surprised you haven't been able to get camping in your new RV in the 6 months since taking delivery. This must be hard to deal with but hopefully you will be able to put this in the past pretty soon!

In the 22 months I have had my TT I never missed a trip because of any problems. While I have had a few things fixed it all been minor and I am pricky.

Great choice for "Living within my means" and camping for one...

Welcome aboard. Don't let the problems with the unit get you down. We all have them. My wife and I are new owners and with the problems we have had the unit has been at the dealer more than it has been with us. Catch ya on the road.

Welcome to the forum! Sorry you are having difficulties already. Our Rockwood was also very problematic for the first couple of years, so I can certainly understand your frustrations. I will say that Forest River stood behind their product and eventually got everything fixed.
