Hello from VA

We are new members and send our greetings to all of you.

Hubby and I just purchased a 2011 39' Sandpiper 345ret and we love it! We've recently sold our house and are in the process of moving into our RV and learning how to operate everything before setting out as full-timers. The info on this forum is most helpful. Any Sandpiper owners out there who want to swap lessons learned?

Our biggest challenge at the moment is not to overload the new RV with unnecessary stuff - how many shoes and handbags do you really need? I'm having major heartburn over that issue. Downsizing to an RV is really hard!!!

We still have our 19' Roo and although it looks like a dog house next to the new rig, we are reluctant to let it go. Hubby says he wants to turn it into his "man cave" since his basement hideout is gone.
