Talking Hello from Vancouver BC

Bought our first motorhome earlier this Spring (2014 FR3 30DS) and have learned a lot from the many RV knowledgeable folks on these Forums. Great way to share your experiences and to help us rookies. Have put over 10,000 Km in our first 4 months, going as far south as Palm Springs California and as far north as Edmonton Alberta to visit the outlaws. Now focusing on setting up a tow vehicle - 2014 Honda CRV. Purchasing Demco connectors and the Unified Brake system. Can't wait for our next adventure.

Welcome from South East Pennsylvania. Spent some time out your way. My son played for the Surry Eagles. Been to Cowachin, Alberni, Duncan, Langly, and some others I can't recall. Beautiful country. I love the ferries although they are not cheap. Hope to get back with the 5er some time after retirment.

Thanks Paul, I live close to where your son's home rink in Surrey is. Yes, the ferry system costs here have increased substantially over the last several years. Expensive to get across, but Vancouver Island is beautiful. If you come out this way again make sure you go up through the Cdn Rockies - Lake Louise, Banff, Jasper. We'll worth it. Hope to make it out East next year.
