Hello from Western PA!

Hello everyone. My name is Mike and I live about an hour North of Pittsburgh. I have been camping since before I can remember and now I take my own family camping. We have always boondocked in a tent but that gets a little rough with a 2yo and another well on the way, so I finally broke down and bought a camper.

Thanks for letting me join your forum and I hope to maybe see some of you on the trail.

MC

Welcome from another PA native. I live in MD now, but my heart and sole remain in York County!

We are also about an hour north of Pittsburgh. Where do you go camping? We like Shenango Lake.

you can't just come in and say hello, without telling us what camper you bought!

Thanks everyone for the welcome.

ependydad - I lived in MD for quite a few years too. We used to do a lot of camping at Susquehana SP and loved motorscooting through York.

Scott1 - We usually go up to Tionesta or on Rt 666 in the Allegheny Forest. We'll probably try out Shenango Lake a few times this year though seeing as how we'll have a newborn & a 2yo. Maybe we'll see you there.

bikendan - I've got a new to me (but almost brand new) Flagstaff 206LTD, and my TV is a Ram 1500.
