Hello, I'm new here
I am new here. Looking to purchase a Forest River Rockwood Trailer. Previously camped with tents and a pop-up Coleman Mesa camper. Looking forward to moving up to a hard shell trailer.

Welcome from Missouri. Same way we started. In tents. Then to a pop up. On our second TT now. Just wish we had more time to get away.

Safe and happy travels.

Welcome from NY. Do you have a specific Forest River you are looking for?

Oh yes, I've camped at Mountaindale once - our first outing in our popup. It was nice. We might try them again for our new TT.

We like the models with bunks. We have two boys 11 and 15. First it was the 2306, then it was the 2508 for the bigger bunks, and I think we are going to pull the trigger on the 2509s. We like the bigger bunks, outdoor kitchen, and the slide u-shaped dinette. We didn't originally like the u-shaped dinettes, but Rockwood seems better than other brands, with bigger table and ease of the drawers under the seat.

We recently upgraded as well. It sure is nice not being in a pop-up or tent any longer. You will love it. We bought a Salem 27DBK......ck out anything your interested in on You Tube. They have videos of everything.
We bought ours at a wholesale dealer in OH. Jeff Couches RV Nation...saved over $5000.
