Hello new camper from KY!!!

Hello.. new to camping and definitely new to campers. My husband has camped in tents for years but we thought this would be a fun and less expensive way to travel now that we have a 3 yr old and one on the way. Plus we have a boat at Lake Cumberland that we like to visit frequently. I am currently looking at purchasing Rockwood a frame pop up. Joined this site in hopes of oodles of knowledge! Wish us luck!

Welcome, I wish I would have started when the kids were young. Always try to buy a little more than you think you will need. Enjoy. I find lots of great info on this site. Good people with a lot of experience.

i think it's because many newbies to RV'ing, miscalculate the abilities of their tow vehicle. so many state that the dealer told them "Sure, you can tow it".

you should have no problems towing an A-frame with that vehicle.

be sure to check out the A-frame sub-forum here. it's a very active forum with lots of fellow A-framers to help you.
