Question Hello, new camper owner from Elkton, MD

We finally moved up from using a tent and purchased a 2014 Forest River Wildood X-Lite 195BH (FS Edition). It was not too expensive and sleeps quite a few with the bunks. But cannot find a exterior cabel hook-up for using the campground cable. Don't know if I just can't find it or it does not have one. If it does not have one, how hard is it to install. The kids will want cable tv on those rainy days.

Welcome to FRF! I'm not familiar with your units but not all units will have an exterior cable hook up. Mine is on the driver side close to the water hookup. An DVD player can come in handy for a while but live TV is nicer just for the choices available.

it lists the TV antenna as optional so may not have cable hook up

On a 2014, it's surprising a cable hookup would be optional (I can see an antenna, but not a cable hookup). I'd take another look. If you're handy, shouldn't be too hard to run one. Otherwise, I'd take it to a shop (although from my experience with RV shops, you'd do just as good of job, even if you're not all that handy).
Welcome to the forum. I lived a couple years in Elkton. Worked at MacMillan's Sporting Goods. Roberta's Pizza rocked.
