Hellow from Alabama

Hello, I am a long time camper, tent camping and lately hammock camping. Enjoy a little backpacking as well as car camping. Wife and kids (11 and 13) enjoy camping as well, and have not really pushed me hard to get a travel trailer yet, but as luck would have it, I inherited a nice 27 foot travel trailer, that was a little bigger than I wanted...so I sold it. I am now in the market for a popup that better suits our needs. So, I am here to research and see what info I can gain.

I have looked at several popups over the last few months, and of the ones I have looked at so far, I have narrowed it down to one that has peeked my interest. It is a 2006 Forest River Flagstaff 205MAC. Give me some opinions or thoughts. This trailer has the toilet/shower combo. We will likely not use the shower, and the toilet is not an option we were looking for, but I have two ladies in the group (wife and daughter), so it will be an added bonus on cold and rainy nights. There are a few other bonuses, screen room, rolling grey water tank, including a small microwave. The trailer has been well kept, and appears to be in very good condition.

Just looking to gather as much advice as possible, so any opinions are appreciated.

Before I forget here's is the link for the Flagstaff.
