I am brand new to this so forgive me if I don't do something just right. I am thinking of purchasing a new rockwood 8293RKSS from RVWholesalers and I would like to know if anyone has had any experience with the "nationwide service network". I might not be posting this in the correct place. Let me know if I need to post it somewhere else. thanks!

Hello, and WELCOME. May not be in the right place, but we'll leave it here for now. If you do a search for RV Wholesalers, you will find several people have purchased from them. Can't remember much about the nationwide network, but again, a search may find the answer to your question. May have to try 2 or three ways, using different word.

Welcome to the Forum. The network for warranty work or repairs that they have put together is because many local dealers around the country, when you tell them that you can buy RVs from an out-of-state volume dealer for much less then they are willing to sell for, tell you that we will not do warranry work because you didn't buy from us. I ended up buying from a local dealer only because they matched the price that RV wholesalers would sell for. Many dealers will not. I would buy from them in a heart beat and would enjoy the trip to go pick it up. Happy Trails

Thanks for your input. I have to sell a trike before I can purchase the rv. I am having a problem finding the rockwood 8293RKSS in stock somewhere so we can walk through it. I don't want to purchase without actually being in one. When the time comes I will search again to try and find one we can walk through. Thanks again and it is kind of exciting to be a part of the forum. By the way my wife and I live in Missouri, are retired, and looking forward to expanding our camping experiences.
