Reason that the bolt is rusty is they welded it on, the heat from welding removes the rust coating on the bolt.

I'd find a new dealer, sounds like some of the problem is there.

Entire underside of the trailer is a rust bucket. Great idea to find a new dealer BUT I paid $22K and will not pay for warranty repairs + FR won't even reply. Wish it were different.

I have personally dealt with Mark from Forest River. While it was difficult to contact him, I have to attest that he took care of my issue and I was happy with my treatment.

Many of the issues you have should easily be fixed by your dealer. Most concerning to me would be the rust and the water pump.

Did you do a PDI? Also realize many of the items such as DVD, TV and refrigerator are suppliers to Forest River, not Forest River themselves.

You are under warranty for a year, 2 if you bought the 2nd years warranty for $150. You should not have to pay for your repairs.

I do have to question how you have so much damage on things like a toilet, your Vent is gone and the propane tank cover splitting. I am a big man at 270 and have used my camper for 2 years with no problems. If your vent flew off, that means you have holes in your roof right now... unless it broke off and the screws are still there.

Regardless of the above. you need a new dealer

When I took my son to Urgent Care because the sofa flipped over while he was sleeping and fell on top of him - ripped out of the mount BECAUSE THERE WERE ONLY TWO BOLTS HOLDING IN DOWN, I stopped blaming FR suppliers.

(I don't mean this as snarky as it sounds.)

Are you looking for help? Or just wanting to rant?

"Are you looking for help? Or just wanting to rant?" I really don't want to go the attorney route and would be overjoyed if someone could help me.

The max air vent bolts to the vent housing not the roof.

I see you are from Wisconsin. The rust could be a result of road salt possibly. I missed where you stated if you bought this new or used.
