HELP - I bought a lemon & I cannot even get the courtesy of a reply from FR

New to the forum. I bought a Flagstaff MicroLite - FLD404303 June 18, 2015. Since that time, I have had use of the trailer for about 7 weeks. The rest of the time it sits at the dealer for repairs.
I contacted Forest River warranty and Mark Akins was at least polite enough to send me a copy of an email from a person named 'G.' That is the total response from FR Warranty. Not even the courtesy of a reply.
Any ideas how I get some help?

Some of the necessary repairs:
Convertible sofa fell off it's pedestal and flipped over on the floor on top of my son while he was sleeping. The sofa only had 2 bolts holding it in.
Electrical problems due to rust from day one. (image attached)
Television is broken.
Refrigerator freezer door fell off.
Front door screen door warped and scraping frame.
The table leveling legs fell out on the floor.
MaxAir cover fell off someplace between Madison and the Dells.
DVD player is broken.
Medicine cabinet door is broken. We had to use a bungie cord to tie the door shut.
Access covers under the dinette seats are warped. One cover has a screw sticking out and the hole was never even drilled in the aluminum frame.
Cover for the propane tanks is split
Large Bathroom storage door is warped one inch out at top.
Awning binds and rolls up cockeyed.
Slide seal has a large gap in the front lower area
Interior of bathroom closet is missing support braces.
Water tank heater is just hanging under the water tank.
Rear awning rolls up cockeyed.
The table leveling legs fell out on the floor again.
The toilet is cracked in two places.
The water pump runs continuously never reaching pressure
Plumbing leaks under sink

I can't unfortunately help you. However, FR sure should, and if they don't, I'd be getting an attorney very soon!

Kinda looks like it's been wet/under water to me. Might explain all the warpage also....or all the water leaks have caused the condensation/warpage issues.

Out of curiosity

What is broke on tv?
What is broke with dvd?

Awning fabric on awnings has moved on the tubes , very easy to slide it back and awnings will roll up fine.

Are parts of the max air vent still up there or are brackets and all missing?

What's cracked on toilet?

Btw welcome to the forum!

Is this your first camper?

I would suggest you check out the album I posted. It is a lot more than wet underneath.

What is broke on tv? inoperative
What is broke with dvd? inoperative
Awning fabric on awnings has moved on the tubes , very easy to slide it back and awnings will roll up fine. - Not the fabric. The rear roller binds.
Are parts of the max air vent still up there or are brackets and all missing? All gone.
What's cracked on toilet? 2 cracks from base up to bowl
Is this your first camper? 10 years+ 4th trailer

Sorry to hear about all the troubles on a brand new trailer. What is the dealer telling you? Seems like a bunch of items on your list are pretty straight forward - i.e. tv doesn't work. Dealer verifies that, submits to FR as warranty, FR approves, dealer replaces tv. And a good dealer would take a tv out of a unit on the lot (assuming they had one) if they didn't want to wait for one to be shipped in.

Every warranty item we took to our dealer was approved for warranty repair by FR in 2-3 days. Is the dealer claiming the issues aren't approved or are they claiming waiting for parts? I would get their story, then try again to contact the warranty department with specifics and see what their story is.

The rust issue is more concerning. No way bolts on a 4 month old trailer should look like that. Has anybody suggested a possible cause for that?

Had to complain to the dealership owner about repairs not being done. Did not even have the courtesy to speak to me personally but the repairs are being done just slowly. Dealer orders parts and I wait. No idea why it is rusty, it just is and nobody except me cares.

Contacted FR Warranty and could not even get the courtesy of a reply from someone named 'G' who is supposed to be the Warranty Manager. Sadly, looks like I will have a blood sucking attorney in my future.
