Hey All

Hey Mike, I found my way over here. A quick intro my name is Bear and one of my hobbies/obsessions is RV's. I own a 41 foot Forest River Canadian Sport toy hauler (All American Sport in the US). It is 41 ft and has 3 slides, 3 axles and a 10 ft garage. I have it rigged up with dual 35000 btu furnaces, a 20000 BTU Catallitic heater, dual 15000 air conditioners. I have 3 100 watt solar pannals, 3000 watt Onan inverter, 5500 watt Onan Marquis Platnum fuel injected generator, 6 Trojan T105 golf cart battries. For entertainment we have a 42" Plasma TV with auto tracking satilite dish feeding into a 5.1 surround system. For a water system I have 2 75 gal fresh water tanks and a Shure flow 5.5 gal/min variable pump. On my truck I carry 2 150 gal water tanks, 1 for fresh water and the other to pump grey water into and haul away. I pull this with my Volvo 660 highway tractor that I singled out and built a deck on. It has a Volvo 425hp 1550 tq engine in it and the tranny in a 15 speed with double overdrives. It has a 66" sleeper on it with an RV couch in it, a small fridge, microwave and a 17" TV/DVD unit in it. The truck averages 11.5MPG pulling this trailer with the trailer loaded with my Harley and 1 quad in the garage, 2 quads on the deck of the truck and I also pull my 1994 Jeep YJ behind the trailer as a "toad vehical". Sorry this is so long winded but I have a lot of "stuff".
Cheers
Bear

That's one fine street machine.
Reminds me of my Z28 days. Wishing now I would have never sold that car. The big 3 built REAL muscle cars back then.

Here ya go Bear. I worked for Lunati cams from 1990 to 1996 and was a major influence in this car. I myself done all of the electrical work on this one for them.

Notice the white stripes? wonder where that idea came from.

I sold mine to get married but have a shot in this same spot of mine at home without the windshield decals.

Yes the Lunati car was a 71 that we added a 70 front cap to.

Oh yea one thing they fail to tell you from the early days of this car. That car could never go straight down the track just ask Chris Padgitt from Comp Cams as he was the first driver of this car when he worked at Lunati. If it could have it would have been much faster.

That is a sweet car Mike. I definatly don't want to sell mine, it is way to much fun. I am going to the test and tune next friday to see what it will do in the 1/4 mile. We are expecting low 12's. I am putting on Edelbrock Aluminum heads, Edelbrock fuel injection and installing roller cam/lifters this winter. It should put me well over 600hp . I will also be re-doing the interior this winter. Next week sometime I will go and get some M/T street slicks so I can get it to hook a little better. Between you, me and the fence post, I am considering selling the Harley because I never ride it any more, I have way more fun cruising around in the Chevelle with the wife and the kids .
Cheers

That just doesn't include the fur kids. They hate the chevelle; or should I say Bear's driving. First he pins them to the back seat and then he drops them to the floor ; laughing all the way. They've only been for a ride once and do not want to repeat the experience. My 14 year old, on the other hand would kill him if he didn't take her out in it. She loves the car. Bear took the pic so it's a little shaky.
BTW. She took the spin out pics.
