Hey Der from Northern Michigan

My wife and I have good memories of camping and now that my youngest daughter is old enough not to eat rocks and dog food, it is high time to look at camping.

I fell in love with a 2007 Shamrock 21ss. Found one and said I wanted to buy it but the dealer decided he didn't want to fix the things wrong with it, so he sold it to auction. Now I have to make a choice to buy it at auction or not.

Anyway, thought I would come and hang out with you all and see what cool things I can learn.

Welcome aboard, my biggest regret (so far) is not having a camper when my kids were young.

Welcome from Wisconsin. If the dealer didn't want to mess with all the repairs are you sure you do?

If he sold it to auction I would bet you are better off without it. If you are very far north in MI. The season is just starting or will soon if the winter storm watch for this week goes away along with the 6-18" of snow it is threatening us with. Six months of the year you are in the best place to take your family camping. Remember the dealer knew more about the tt than anyone. The spring sales season is just starting in Northern Michigan so you will have much to chose from. Good luck

MakingM, welcome to the forum! I love the UP and Munising and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Good luck with your purchase.
