Hello. I'm north of you too...just north of Greenville.

Enjoy your beach trip. I feel your excitement! We leave next week for 3 weeks along the coast. We liked Colleton last time we passed through, and will stay a night there on our way to Hunting Island. Then, we'll be at Edisto, James Island, Ocean Lakes and Myrtle Beach SP. Sort of our exploration trip so that we know what we like in the future.

Hunting Island is a wonderful place if you haven't been. I'm not expecting anything else on the coast to beat it.

I've stayed at Hunting Island but it was a very long time age. I completely forgot about it. Your so right, a beautiful place. I'm going back one day.
