Hi Dan,
Welcome, I am a newbie too and also live in the Detroit area. I camp at Outdoor Adventures but looking to go to other campgrouds, any campgrounds in the area that are your favorites?

Welcome Dan and crew. I know what you mean. This snow sure does put a damper on the camping and we can't afford Florida this year. That being said we can use this site to enjoy other peoples travels. Enjoy and visit often.
