Hi from Illinois

Hi all. Not new to camping just new to Forest River Rv. We will be picking up our new Toy Hauler on Saturday it's our first 5th wheel. I hope it's as good as our last Toy Hauler because I haven't seen anything on the Spartan Toy Hauler. Have A Good Day!

Welcome to the forums TnT. We're right down the road from you in Elburn. Where did you purchase your Toy Hauler from?

We got it at General RV in Huntley. They treated us pretty good when we got our Fuzion. I really have stop taking the DW into places it costs me money.

I purchased our Roo from House Of Camping in Bridgeview. A great family owned business! I have only been to General there in Huntley for supplies/parts. Fair prices and always someone asking if I needed any help. I have had a good friend that had a horrendous experience getting their pop-up winterized there in Huntley. Seems it was left outside opened up and the mattresses got soaked and put away wet. They froze that way and my friend only found it when they were trying to retrieve something out of the trailer. Upon complaining, the service manager denied they had done anything wrong. After several weeks and speaking with the general manager, they admitted their fault and corrected the situation. My friend says they will never go back there for anything.

Enjoy and let us know if you have any question when you get your new rig!
