Hi from NJ! 2008 Surveyor SV-233T

Hello everyone!

I have been lurking for a while, and soaking in a lot of the knowledge from this forum. Great to see so much information from a nice bunch of folks.

John and I are from NJ, and bought a used 2008 Surveyor SV-233T this year. We took it out for a maiden voyage on Memorial Day, and had a blast! This is my first camper, but John has been camping pretty much all of his life. We tow it with a Land Cruiser, which I am also going to use for the occasional offroading trip.

I'll also be posting a classified ad for his old camper soon.

I don't visit everyday here, but hope to "meet" some of you folks sometime!

Liz and John

welcome to FRF and the wonderful world of Hybrids!!

you may want to post hybrid-specific questions at the Hybrid/Expandable section here at FRF.
either on the General Expandable section or the Surveyor hybrid section.

Welcome to the forum from a fellow 233T owner. As you may have already found out there is a ton of good information here. We hope you continue to enjoy the 233T as much as we have for 3 years now.

Thank you everyone! Will post up pics when I can.....just have to download them from my camera.

Jimchow - Thx! Yes, I have found a lot of info here. I'm wondering if you can answer a question though. When we bought ours, the support rod for the from tent looks bent. The rod that holds the tent part up and hooks to the ceiling. Do you think you can send me a picture of yours when you can? It looks like something fell on it and bent it slightly. Any input would be appreciated!
