follow positive battery cable check resettable circuit breakers .
I have an inline fuse for jacks with a separate wire coming from battery .
Did you check the control center for fuses ?

By the way welcome to the forum !

have you checked power at the actual switch ? Thats where I would start next .
power = motor issue
no power = time to dig deeper .

Which is why you need to see if you have power at the switch to see if you have a defective motor .
IF you do not have a digital volt ohm meter than now would be the time to buy one for your camper and leave it in there .

I have power at the switch so I will assume I have a bad motor.. But how do I manually crack the jacks down because they don't move.. Do I have to disconnect something first?? Any ideas will help.. Thanks
