Hi, I just joined.
My wife and I sold our last camper 5 years ago and just recently bought a new A frame. We are excited to use it a lot this year. I am also in Indianapolis.

even though you are experienced campers, you may want to driveway camp a night or two to make sure all systems are a go... better than finding out you have a problem on the road.

Great advice, and thats what we did. The dealer is an hour from home. The first night we stopped at a family members house half way home and camped in their 5 acre back yard as we have done before. I quickly discovered there was no o ring in the water filter. Water flooded my floor. Thanks Forest River and dealer PDI tech who didnt even turn the water on after he installed the filter. I didnt turn it on either, i dont know why. Everything else was fine. I had to order an o ring on the internet, but all is good now.

Those o rings fall out easy. I have spent many a minutes looking on the ground for it. I bet it's on the ground right where the tech was standing. I use a little O ring lubricant now and it stays put.
