Hi new RV'er
Hey y'all just purchased my newish 39 foot park model
Cherokee. 2015 for 17,500 i think it was a deal what say you? 2 queen size beds front & rear the lady said they just upgraded the heat and a.c. last season.

Hard to say since we have very few park model owners here and they aren't typical recreational vehicles and have more in common with mobile homes.

They are called destination trailers, not park models. As to the price you really won't know until you have had it for a while. Sounds like a good deal though.

I couldn't remember destination, so I used park.

I guess it depends on location.
In our neck of the woods they are Park models and dealers/campgrounds advertise/refer to them as such.
None the less, the OP has a nice unit to get away and enjoy a different pace of life. Congratulations on your new purchase!
