Hiya! New FR3 30DS owners, soon-to-be full-time wanderers

Hiya! I'm Steph. We bought our 2016 FR3 30DS at the Ponoma show this fall. We finally got it back from the shop - yep, first doctor's visit less than a month in our possession - and cannot wait to stretch her legs. We're new RV owners, but not new to road tripping in an RV.

We're currently in Twentynine Palms, CA. My hubby will be retiring from the Marine Corps Spring 2016 and then we'll be full-time RVers until we choose a spot (and time) to settle somewhere.

I'm gorging on all-things-RV at the moment and am happy to find like minds here on the forum. Especially since I can chat with those who own our specific make and model. Figure I better get all the info I can now while we have reliable internet.

Looking forward to learning all I can about our new home on wheels and the joys of RVing!

Cheers,
Steph

Welcome, drive that FR3 through several Tennessee state parks before you decide to buy a home base.

We've got family in VA, so we'll definitely be touring throughout the east coast. I'll make sure TN parks are on our must-see list. Thanks for the rec, SilhouettePenny.

Be sure to drive through West Virginia, then. Some pretty campgrounds here. Welcome and enjoy your rig.
