Hola!

Hola, amigos! I am a new member to this forum, and own a 2014 Flagstaff MicroLite 21FBRS. I live in Corpus Christi, TX, and have a visit to all the state and federal parks in Texas on my bucket list. I apologize if some of my questions have already been answered, but I need some help. First, has anyone had the electric awning and Winegard Sensor TV antenna completely blown off while traveling on the highway? It happened to me within weeks of my purchase, and, yes, the awning and antenna were in traveling position. Second, the converter/charger blew-up within days of use; I had to purchase a more sturdy unit at my expense. Third, is it common for the slide-out fuse to blow? I have replaced it numerous times. Last, I used the fresh water tank only once; I get no flow from it anymore. I am a week shy of the one year warranty period. I returned my RV to the dealer two months after purchase, and was informed that Forest River had denied all repairs. Any thoughts?

Sounds like you need a new dealer unfortunately .
Welcome to the forum.
Near as I can tell all items should have been covered in warranty.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like as Turbs mentioned your dealer maybe the one holding up work or being denied. You might try calling FR direct. Later RJD

Welcome from Wisconsin. Agree with calling FR. Maybe they can direct you to a dealer who will take care of you the right way.

Reading into your slide blowing fuse issue.

This could be what took out the converter. Is your battery installed and good? Also make sure the Battery disconnect switch (if equipped) is turned on when running the slides. The current required is a lot at end of travel. I know with my first trailer with the SuperSlide i had to make sure I let the slide coast in home position rather than holding the switch till the bitter end, other it would blow the fuse.

Best of luck, As other mentioned all items are under warranty as well.

Thanks, everyone! I am an attorney and sent a rather firm, but polite, certified letter to Forest River, Inc. demanding warranty coverage. The Texas Lemon Law applies to an RV, and provides a procedure for warranty disputes. I will post FR's reply as soon as it arrives. I have to remember, "Don't sweat the small stuff, and everything is small stuff!"
B and B, I had to purchase a new battery because the blown converter completely drained it, and yes, I don't touch the battery disconnect; I'll try the sliding into home trick the next time I move the slide out in or out.
