Howdy from AZ

My wife and I are the proud new owners of a brand spanking new 1940 LTD. This is our first camper. We finally made the move up from straight tent camping after; a) deciding we were too old to sleep on an air mattress on the ground, and b) we were too cold overnight. Not that it gets cold often in AZ mind you, but now we have nice beds and a propane heater!

Hopefully you'll run into us out exploring Arizona. After we get used to our camper we want to explore this part of the US and beyond. But for the time being I think we'll stay (mostly) inside the confines of our state. ;-)

Thanks ...

Good evening and welcome from SW Idaho.
Having spent a fair amount of time in AZ. I can see why you want to stay close.

I home up in Chandler. I think our first "official" trip will be in a couple weeks to Pine / Strawberry. We want to run it up and down a few times so we're more comfortable setting it up and taking it down.

For now it's all popped up in our backyard. My 18 y.o. son slept in it last night. He said it wasn't too bad. I'm waiting for the night time lows to drop a little before I "break it in". ;-)

Have fun and enjoy. I had a BR19SC (superceded by BR23SC ) model and used the heck out of it all over the western states. Upgraded to a regular trailer 3 years ago.
