Howdy Y'all from H'town, Tx

Just purchased our Cedar Creek 29RE six months ago and just weeks ago took two almost consecutive weeks to Branson and Gulfport. Love the unit but baptised it by fire (figuratively). My 1st time to drive it was to my house from its storage lot. Now I've pulled trailers before, but never quite this long or high. Rounding the corner down the street from home I cut toooo close and scraped a stop sign down the passenger side and broke the dining room window... To the tune of over $20k. Am still getting tutorials from the dealer on electrical systems, leveling jacks, and fridge cooling in transit. And pray every time we leave anywhere for protection, including from our own stupidity.

Welcome from just up the road a bit (up the Eastex Freeway). Ouch...a tough start. We drove from here to Branson on our first "major" trip (we had a couple of closer trips to break in the new 5er). It is an awesome drive up to Branson. Welcome again, and hope to see you down the road.
