Unhappy Hydraulic jack problems

Hi. My name is Judy. I recently purchased a Forest River Tsunami. Everything worked fine at the dealers. I'm on my first camping trip and cannot get the hydraulic jacks to come down to stabilize the unit. Help.

I am not familiar with your unit or operation of hydraulic jack, but did you put the emergency hand brake on? Others will chime in with more info.
