I caught the camping bug in florida!!!

Last month I decided to go camping for the first time EVER! I live in Plant City florida so I went to the everglades since I love to fish. Well I had a
7x6 tent lol. It was awesome and scary at the same time. I said I need some walls lol so in less than a month later I traded my 2007 Flats boat that I didn't get to use that much for a new rockwood freedom 2280 pop up camper. I haven't got to use it yet. I have a small 4cyl truck so I had to get supersprings on it, a new hitch, and I'm waiting to get a brake controller installed. I'm excited! I can't wait to go back to the everglades!

We went to the Everglades one year in January and loved it. On my list of places to visit again. Congrats on your new rig and welcome to the forums.

Welcome to the FR Forums! And congrats on your new-to-you Rockwood Freedom Popup too. The difference between your tent and the Rockwood will be day & night. I have a feeling you going to really enjoy your RV.

No pictures of a camping bug - but I bet whatever one looks like it will be carrying a big wallet.
