I did it

I finally sold the FEMA trailer I had owned and purchased my first fifth wheel trailer for my family. It is a 2002 Wildwood 27RLSS in great shape. The dealer also threw in a one year warranty on some major items such as hot water heater, frig, roof, etc. and placed on a new awning because the one that was on it had severe mold. There are some items that I will be replacing such as anode tube and outside vents like the battery box vent, and fan vent.

I am new to this forum and welcome anyone to shoot any advice you may have regarding this trailer. Things that I should keep an eye on or any preventive measures i should take. The dealer did winterize the trailer.

I should note that the trailer will not be towed on weekends since we are seasonal campground members.

I wish everyone safe and happy camping.

Nice Trailer!

Looks like you did very well, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Your's looks like my Cardinal that we picked up on Craigslist, it was a one owner that took good care of it and we really enjoy it.
Good luck, and enjoy! jdadoug
