We're newly retired and new to RV-ing. We love the outdoors and always tent camped in the past. On our Spring Break trip to Death Valley National Park, we rented a small travel trailer. OK... that did it, we were hooked! We came home from that trip and bought a beautiful 24 foot Wildcat Maxx travel trailer. We intend on using it a lot here in the Pacific Northwest, accompanied by our two Shetland Sheepdogs, Seamus and Sammy. We love to fish, hike, ski, and tour National and State Parks. We also love doing volunteer work here at home.
An additional plus about an RV for us is this: We live in the forest, literally. Our community borders the Deschutes National Forest. This puts us at risk during wildfire season. The RV gives us a place to stray in the event we are evacuated.
We're looking forward to many happy miles!
