Smile Joined because I'm looking at A128S

Howdy! I just joined up because I'm looking at purchasing an A128S in the next few months. I wanted to find out what I should know from more experienced users.

When camping now, it's been in a canvas pavilion tent for a living history group. Throughout high school, I camped in an Apache with my parents. We were very sad when it got hit on the road.

I love the idea of a hard side, and after looking at all the options, settled on the layout of the A128S. Our work schedule means we'll be vacationing mostly in the fall and early spring, so having a way to stay warm & dry is important.

I'd be grateful if folks shared their practical suggestions with a potential owner. Thanks.

I am not familiar with that unit, but I went on line to look at it. It appears to have everything you would need and it would be easy to tow. I looks like it comes with a Fantastic Fan which is a really good addition. I think a hard side unit is better than tent sides.

The important thing is to find something you can afford and can have a good time in. If you have a specific question, please post and I am sure someone on this forum can help.
