Just picked up our Shasta Airflyte!

Well, it finally arrived... we drove 4 hours in traffic to get our sea foam green, 19 foot Shasta Airflyte reissue!
And we almost had to go home empty handed (not due to the Shasta or the dealership, Uhaul did a crappy installation of our tow hitch).
We booked a site for the night, and tested the rig out with our 2 girls on our drive home. Being tent-campers, this process was all new to us. Everything seemed to work great, until the morning when we discovered the air conditioning wasn't working... came to find out it's a standard problem, which begs the question, why wasn't it fixed BEFORE we took delivery???
At any rate, we've now got our little beauty in our driveway. It does sit on a bit of a slop, and we've been searching the site here for ideas of how to make sure it's safely parked. Open to more suggestions on this.
As every good camper needs a name, the kids have named her "Shelby the Sassy Shasta."
We are looking forward to some short trips this summer, with a longer winter break trip in the works.
On another note, the woman working at the RV park said that many parks are no longer allowing trailers earlier that 1995. And that I should keep my paperwork handy to prove this one is a 2015. Anyone know more about this?
Looking forward to making use of this forum.
Thanks, everyone!
