Led lights !!

I just bought a 2013 wildwood xlite 26 bhxl. And am thinking about changing all of my bulbs to led. Just wondering if it is worth the money and does it help save battery power when off grid camping. This is our first camper and just learning the ropes.

I love my LED lighting compared to my last 5er. I could not tell you about if it is worth the money to change them out because mine case with.

If you do a lot of dry camping it is definitely worth it. I have changed mine out.

X2, we had changed them all on our last fifth wheel and I am about ready to order new ones for this one. We like to boondocks mostly and it does help, especially when we need to conserve battery power for the furnace.

I am an LED fan but not an expert. Even starting to convert the house from sloooow starting florecences. We converted about half the lights in our TT focusing on the lights we used most when dry camping. It will cost a fortune to convert our class A, so as we use it, i will see which lights we use the most and stsrt there.

I suggest getting a few to keep with you and replace as they burn out. Prices keep vetting lower and the LEDs are getting better. 3 years ago, I changed my car to LEDs, and carried them over to the Liberty. This week, I changed the backup lights to LED and man, what a huge improvement in 3 years.

As soon I get home from this work trip I am going to order them and replace them all. I am also going to order the led light strip for under the awning too. On my dodge truck the rear tail lights keep blowing out I thinking about changing them to led too. Even the dealer ship can't figure out why they are blowing there lasting less than a month.

Congrats on your new 2013 wildwood xlite 26 bhxl! I can't add anything new to what already been mentioned about the Led lights. Someday I will switch over but I'm going to get full use out of the old type light bulbs that came with the trailer being that they didn't come cheap.

And before I forget -

I changed out my lights to LEDs in my popup. It added DAYS to the amount of camping time before my battery was dead. Well worth the money if you do a lot of dry camping.

I pick up my Roo tomorrow, if there are not LEDs already, I'll be replacing all the bulbs with LEDs for my first mod.
